Welcome to the AHCCCS EHR Electronic Provider Incentive Payment (ePIP) System.

This is the official web site for the Arizona EHR Incentive Program that provides incentive payments to eligible professionals and eligible hospitals as they adopt, implement, upgrade, or demonstrate meaningful use of certified EHR technology.

Your ePIP account is where you interface with the system to maintain your EHR Incentive Program information and track your incentive payments.

If you have not already registered with CMS and have not obtained a CMS Registration ID, click here to find out about registering with CMS.

Instructions

Register

Please select the “Register” button to perform the following action:

  • Register in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program

Attest

Please select the “Attest” button to perform the following actions:

  • Attest for the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program
  • View Attestation Summary
  • Modify a Rejected Attestation
  • View Attestation Status

Payment Status

Please select the “Payment Status” button to perform the following actions:

  • View status of your Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Payment
  • View Payment History

Manage My Account

Please select “Manage My Account” button to perform the following actions:

  • Update your user account information
